Fire and Smoke Dampers
Initially, if required, we offer a unique and bespoke service to identify locations of and access to all your Fire Dampers and develop a `site specific` asset register and maintenance programme to ensure they are serviced and maintained to the very highest standards and every Fire Damper is compliant with current and relevant legislation and in good working order.
Fire Damper Service and Testing
Each Fire Damper will be `fully` cleaned (housing, blade pack, linkage etc), serviced, lubricated and will undergo a full range, observed `drop test` photographs will be taken of each stage, in compliance with BS:9999, BESA VH 0001 and HTM 03-01.
A fully detailed report and certification would be produced, any problems would be identified and detailed in the report together with recommendations for repair or replacement.
Fire Damper Repair and Replacement
Should any Fire Damper/Fire Smoke Damper fail and be unrepairable we would identify the problem and provide recommendations to replace it with a Fire Damper of a similar specification or an upgrade to a Fire/Smoke Damper, including updating to the existing BMS.
